Terms of Service

Effective August 2026

These terms cover use of the VeloCare marketing site and self-serve demo. Production customer use is governed by a master services agreement and BAA.

1. The demo environment

The demo tenant contains only synthetic data. Do not enter real patient information into the demo — it exists to show workflows, not to store PHI.

2. Acceptable use

No attempts to access other tenants or probe the platform's isolation.
No automated scraping of the demo.
No use of the demo to build a competing product's marketing claims.

3. Availability & warranty

The marketing site and demo are provided as-is, without warranty. Production SLAs (99.9% staff surfaces, 99.95% reminder pipeline) are contractual commitments in customer agreements, not properties of the demo.
