The system of action
around your EHR

The EHR keeps clinical truth. VeloCare owns engagement truth — every outreach, referral, access task, call, complaint and campaign, traceable and consent-aware. Selling against the EHR is a decade-long war; selling around it is a 90-day pilot.

Experience Layer
Patient portal, twelve staff role portals, executive dashboards, guest & proxy surfaces — one shell, composed by role.
Application Layer
CRM · Engage · Access · Referral · Call · Experience · Navigator · Provider · Outreach · Loyalty · Analytics — plus Admin, always shipped.
AI Agent Layer
Scheduling, Call, Outreach, Referral, Care-Gap, Recovery, Executive and Data-Steward agents on one policy runtime with Class A–D escalations.
Data Layer
The Patient Relationship Graph: persons, households, consent, one communication timeline, appointment references, referrals, campaigns, cases, care gaps.
Integration Layer
FHIR R4 / SMART, HL7 v2 ADT & SIU, per-vendor EHR adapters, eligibility, Twilio/SendGrid channels, CCaaS CTI, SSO, warehouse export.
Trust Layer
RBAC/ABAC with purpose-of-use, PHI minimization, the consent gate, immutable audit, encryption, AI policy engine, BAA controls.
EHR-adjacent, by design

Pull references via FHIR/HL7; write back tasks, notes and scheduling requests where the vendor allows; link out to the chart under the user's own EHR credentials. No shadow chart — the schema itself omits clinical tables, which keeps the HIPAA surface small and the sales cycle out of clinical-governance committees.

Two deployment shapes, one codebase

Managed multi-tenant HIPAA cloud by default — shared services, per-tenant isolation. Customer-tenant for the enterprise: the same containers deployed into your Azure subscription with Velozent-managed updates. Security-review-weary systems take the second; Salesforce won't offer it.
